PREORDER POLICY
When you place a pre-order, your items will be ready for pickup or shipped within 3-5 business days. We will hold your order for a maximum of 10 business days (2 weeks). If we are unable to fulfill your order within this time, we will contact you by email or phone to either issue a full refund or provide an estimated time of arrival for your items.
To ensure timely delivery, please specify the date you need your items by in the notes section at checkout.

Returns Policy
We have a strict no refund and no return policy. All items are custom-made, requiring significant time to create, hence we cannot offer refunds or accept returns.Pickup Orders Orders that are not picked up are not eligible for refunds. If you fail to pick up your order within 5 days of receiving the pickup notification, your order will be canceled, and the items will be restocked without a refund. If you cannot pick up your order within this timeframe but would like it shipped, please contact the store at 346-406-5772 with your shipping details.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email admin@thebeautycaveboutique.com with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back to us at: 2641 Winrock Blvd, Houston, Texas 77057.
