Unfortunately we have a NO REFUND, NO RETURN policy. All items are custom made and take ample amount of time to create so we will not be able to refund or return any purchases.
Pick up Orders that are not picked up are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS. If you're unable to pick up your order within 5 days of receiving the pick up notification your order will be cancelled and items will be restocked with NO REFUNDS. If you receive a pick up notification and are unable to pick up within 5 days, we can ship your items to you please call the store at 346-406-5772 to provide your shipping information.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com along with pictures of the item. We'll send you a paid return label to send your item back to: 2641 Winrock Blvd. Houston, Texas 77057.
