Shipping and Delivery
Welcome to our Shipping and Delivery page. At our company, we understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders in a timely manner. We strive to provide a seamless shipping experience, ensuring that your products arrive safely and on time.
Once you place an order with us, please allow for a processing time of 48 business hours, excluding weekends, sales, and holidays. After this processing period, your order will generally ship within 2-3 business days. However, if you have ordered a pre-order item, please note that there may be shipping delays as the item will become available to ship at a later date.
For orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 p.m. PST, processing will begin on the following Monday. We offer several shipping methods for domestic orders:
- USPS Mail: $7.90 (3-5 business days)
- USPS Expedited Mail: $25.00 (2-3 business days)
- Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $150.00 using the code "Free Shipping". Please note that this promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
All our packages require a signature upon delivery. We recommend staying up to date with your tracking updates and arranging for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.
For international orders, we offer:
- Canada - USPS Priority Mail International: $25 (7-14 business days)
- All Other Countries - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)
It is important to note that all international packages are shipped as "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that any customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Failure to pay these fees and resulting package returns will result in the issuance of a store credit for the subtotal of your order, excluding the shipping fee.
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during the purchase process. The shipping address entered by the customer at the time of purchase is where we will ship the package. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses.
